Packages will be shipped using USPS. Please make sure address on the order is correct.

**BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

**ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY.

***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

**WHIPPED BODY BUTTERS AND BODY BALMS ARE ONLY SHIPPED ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT.
**Ice packs are used to accommodate the summer heat/warmer climate states to protect the butter/balm. Please note that butter/balm may possibly arrive softer during the summer months due to higher temperatures. This is normal, place butter/balm in the fridge until it solidifies, it will not lose any of its benefits. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you’ll be available for delivery.
